Are the brownies Gluten Free?
Yes - everything we bake is gluten-free. From brownies to cookies and everything in between, our entire range is made using carefully selected gluten-free ingredients.
Do you have seasonal specials or promotions?
Yes - we occasionally run seasonal offers and special promotions throughout the year. The best way to hear about them is by signing up to our newsletter - we’ll only send updates when there’s something worth sharing (no spam, we promise).
How should I store my baked goods?
To keep your treats fresh, we recommend storing them in their original packaging in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. All of our baked goods are made fresh to order and will stay at their best for up to 5 days after delivery.
How long do your products stay fresh?
Our baked goods are made fresh to order and stay at their best for 3-5 days when stored in their original packaging in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. They are packaged individually in airtight sleeves so they will stay fresh for a while!
Can your products be frozen?
Yes - just pop them in an airtight container, and they’ll keep for up to 3 months.
Postage & Packaging
What if I'm not home during delivery?
If you're not in when your order arrives, the courier will usually leave a delivery note with instructions. You’ll need to contact them directly to arrange a redelivery or alternative collection. Unfortunately, we’re unable to manage delivery changes once the parcel is with the courier, so it’s best to reach out to them as soon as possible using the tracking details provided.
Can I pick up my order?
We don’t currently offer a regular pickup option - all orders are sent out via delivery to keep things simple and consistent. If you have a special request or local need, feel free to get in touch at info@whiskbakery.co.uk and we’ll do our best to help where we can.
Note that cupcake orders are delivered via local delivery only.
How can I track my order?
Yes - once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information from the courier, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery. At checkout, you may select the postage option that best meets your needs.
How do I order for local delivery?
Currently local delivery is only an option when ordering cupcakes to FY postcodes in the UK. If you happen to order any cookies or cupcakes, we will deliver them at the same time! Local delivery is free and Postage & Packaging fees will be taken off at checkout.
My purchase has been damaged in transit, what can I do?
We are sorry to hear that your delicious product have been damaged in transit. Please email order enquiries to info@whiskbakery.co.uk and we will do everything we can to resolve the issue.
Payment & Pricing
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a variety of payment methods, including major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay. Please note that available payment options may vary; you can view all current methods during checkout.
Can I reorder a previous purchase?
Absolutely! Simply log into your account and visit your order history. From there, you can easily view and reorder any previous purchases — making it quick and convenient to enjoy your favorites again.
How can I pay for local deliveries?
Unfortunately we do not offer payment on reciept of goods currently, for local deliveries. Payment should be made at checkout, however ensure local delivery is selected if applicable.
Custom Orders & Events
Do you offer gift packaging or messages?
Yes, we do! If you’d like to include a gift message with your order, please email us at info@whiskbakery.co.uk before placing your order. We’ll help you arrange the perfect personal touch.
Do you offer discounts for bulk or corporate orders?

Can you create themed cupcakes?

Loyalty & Gift Cards
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes, we do! Gift cards are available for purchase directly on our home page. They make a perfect treat for friends, family, or anyone who loves gluten-free baked goods.
How can I apply a discount code?
You can enter your discount code at checkout in the discount box. Simply type or paste your code, and the discount will be applied to your order total.
Do you have a loyalty or rewards program?
We don’t have a loyalty scheme just yet, but we’re working hard to create something special that will reward our wonderful customers. Stay tuned - it’ll be worth the wait!
Do you offer a referral discount?
At the moment, we don’t have a referral discount program in place. However, we’re always exploring new ways to thank our customers and will share any updates as soon as they’re available.
Orders
How do I place an order?
Browse our selection of gluten-free baked goods on the website, choose the items you want, and add them to your cart. When you’re ready, proceed to checkout, fill in your delivery and payment details, and complete your order. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is successfully placed.
